Last night, Mike made us a really great dinner - balsamic herb chicken. He cut up chicken breasts, dipped them in flour and sauteed them in a little olive oil. Then he made a sauce of diced tomatoes, herbs, and balsamic vinaigrette (it was supposed to be balsamic vinegar, but didn't have any), which he thickened up with some cornstarch. Tre bien. I bet it will be even better next time, when we actually have some balsamic vinegar.
